Stewart is one of the founding partners of UniSports Sports Medicine. In addition to his Sports Orthopaedic practice at UniSports Sports Medicine he works at Starship Childrens Hospital in Paediatric Orthopaedics.

  • Fellowships completed in knee surgery, paediatric orthopaedics and sports orthopaedics, in Auckland, British Columbia, Dallas, Texas and Dublin
  • 1996 recipient of the Western Pacific Orthopaedic Association Sports Medicine Travelling Fellowship to Europe
  • Lecturer, Department of Orthopaedics, University of Auckland
  • Sports orthopaedics is not restricted to one particular joint, but is in all general sports-related problems
  • Research interests include anterior ankle impingement syndrome.
